Amy’s most recent choreography work includes Dance Studio West’s production of CATS and Off-Broadway Players production of Chicago.

In 2007, Amy choreographed the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council Awards. In 2000 she used her choreography skills to organize the opening ceremonies for the Canadian Judo Championships, hosted by Stephenville, and in 1999 she worked on the opening ceremonies for the Canada Summer Games, hosted by Corner Brook.

Amy has helped make dance accessible to Corner Brook audiences by creating and choreographing all-dance interpretations of The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Sleeping Beauty.

Aside from dance and choreography, Amy’s other interests include acting, directing, painting, fashion, and cooking. She is also an award winning costume designer, and in 2010 was voted one of the “Top 10 Movers and Shakers” in Corner Brook by readers of The Western Star.
